Tiger Woods has been released from hospital after an early morning car crash at the foot of his driveway. Woods smashed his car into a fire hydrant and tree at roughly 2:30 am today, and was taken to hospital to be treated for facial lacerations. No word on if alcohol was a factor.
Another changing of the guard in how news is delivered, as this story actually broke on Twitter. Original reports had him seriously injured, but now it looks like they’re only minor lacerations. Looks like no other golfer is winning anything this coming season again….
In other sports injury related news…Edmonton Oiler Ales Hemsky is rumoured to be out for the season with a shoulder ending injury, requiring surgery.
