The Foo Fighters are a fun band. It’s as simple as that, they seem to be a band that has a ton of fun, led by Dave Grohl. The band makes great music, solid albums, are excellent live, and, did i mention, are a fun band? There’s a reason many music fans are ordering up HBO, and that is for a show called ‘Sonic Highways’.

Sonic Highways is a documentary, so to speak, that follows the band recording their eighth studio album. The catch being, each track is being recorded in a very famous studio in a different studio. The first track, sounds very different from the Foo Fighters ‘traditional sound’, and is titled, ‘Something from Nothing’. Recorded in Electrical Audio studio in Chicago, the song seems inspired by the city itself. Give it a listen, and a watch below.
