Janet Jackson has already announced that there’ll be a new album coming out this month, and today she’s announced that she’ll be going on a world tour. The Unbreakable world tour will kick off in Vancouver, followed by 35 North American cities. More stops will be announced in the future.
Janet at a couple of times in the last few decades was one of the biggest performers in the world, perhaps, second only to her brother a few years. Her 1989 album Rhythm Nation is still considered one of the best pop albums of all time.
Jackson opens her tour at Rogers Arena on September 25 of this year, with tickets going on sale on June 22 at JanetJackson.com. Tickets go from $41-150 (including fees)
No supporting acts have been announced yet.
