Foo Fighters are about to embark on their biggest North American Tour, and they’ll be making a stop in Vancouver. ‘Beat the Bots’ kicks off in RFK Stadium, in Washington, DC in July of next year. They’ll also be playing a few historic venues in the United States, that they never have before, including Fenway Park and Wrigley Field. The tour will be supporting the widely succesful ‘Sonic Highways’ album, and if you haven’t checked out the documentary series of the same name, I encourage you to do so.The band have called upon Royal Blood to support them, a British hard rock duo that just formed in 2013.
In an effort to combat ‘scalper bots’ that clog up ticket queues and systems, the band will be selling tickets exclusively via box office locations, and fans are only allowed to line up a hour before presale. Box Office Only Pre Sale will be Nov 22 at 10am, while online pre-sale kicks off December 1st, followed by general sales on December 4th and 5th.
Foo Fighters will be playing Vancouver on December 5th, 2015. Tickets are expected to range from $60-95.
