A Look at the Blackberry 6

Research in Motion released a sneak peek of their new Blackberry 6 software as well as the upcoming Blackberry Bold Slider. I’ll be honest with you, in my opinion the Blackberry allows you to communicate more effectively with your friends and family. The iPhone is a better ‘gadget’, the apps allow you to connect with folks around you, and keeps you entertained. They’re essentially going after two different markets. I’m a firm believer that a Berry is the go to choice for a business user, where as an iPhone is the go to for everyone else. One of the things that sets the Berrys aside is the Blackberry Messenger, a fast, easy to use, intuitive instant messaging tool.

With the latest upgrades, RIM seems to be following in Apples footsteps in terms of the interface, it’s a shame they didn’t go a little outside of the box.
